Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Afforddigital provides web design, branding, marketing setup and software development services. Afforddigital is operated from India.

2. Orders

An order starts when you submit a request and we confirm the price, the work and the delivery date with you. Prices on the website are in US dollars and apply to the service as described on its page. Larger or custom requests are quoted separately in writing.

3. Preview, payment and delivery

For design work we send a preview first. Final files are released after payment is confirmed. Account setups (Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Business) are paid in advance. Custom software is paid in milestones as agreed in the quote.

4. Your responsibilities

You must give us accurate information and have the right to use any text, images, logos and other material you send us. Do not send passwords, OTP codes or card or bank details. For third-party accounts we only work through the manager or partner access you grant, and you can remove it at any time.

5. Ownership

After full payment, you own the final deliverables made for you. Until payment is complete, we keep ownership of the work. We may show non-confidential work as a sample of our services unless you ask us not to.

6. Third-party accounts and ad spend

Google, Meta and other platform accounts belong to you. Advertising costs are paid by you directly to the platform and are separate from our fee.

7. No guarantee of results

We follow good practice, but we do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales or approval by third-party platforms. Their decisions and your market are outside our control.

8. Changes and revisions

We will make reasonable changes to meet the agreed brief. Work outside the original brief may be quoted separately.

9. Not allowed

We do not work on unlawful, misleading or harmful content. We do not process identity documents, certificates or other official documents, and we do not add false information to CVs or other documents.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
