Refund Policy

Design work

You pay only after you approve the preview. If you do not approve and do not pay, you receive no final files and nothing is charged.

Account setups paid in advance

If we have not started the work, you receive a full refund. If we cannot complete the setup for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund. Once the setup is delivered as agreed, it is not refundable. Decisions made by Google, Meta or other platforms are outside our control.

Custom software

Payments are tied to milestones. A milestone that has been delivered as agreed is not refundable. The deposit covers work already started. If we cannot deliver a milestone as agreed, we will work with you to fix it or refund the unfinished part.

Problems with an order

If something is not right, contact us first and we will do our best to put it right quickly.
